A short time ago a complaint was received against a village of Sohemi, which is situated almost on our boundary, but across the Tizu river. Sohemi, it appeared, raided another village called Phozanasama and took a head because they would not pay revenue. Both villages were visited. The Deputy Commissioner intended to make further enquiries in the matter. |
