text: 58. As in previous years, political relations were maintained with the trans-Dikhu tribes, the Semas and the Eastern Angamis.
text: These tribes gave no trouble during the year, and did not molest us, though the usual head-taking among themselves continued. Few of them visited Mokokchang, as we refuse to arbitrate in their disputes, and they are giving up asking us to do so.
