text: 19. The conduct of Nagas bordering on the Lakhimpur district was good. It was discovered that the persons responsible for the theft of rails near Margherita were Rangpang Nagas from the Maitai and Rangkhu villages. They were prohibited from entering British territory and the thefts then ceased.
