text: | 194. The outpost at Primi was maintained during the year. North of the Primi area there were minor frontier disturbances in which the Semas and Chang tribes were concerned. Further north Chinglong carried out a rain on Nian and violated British territory in the process, for which a fine was exacted. The Deputy Commissioner, Naga Hills, conducted tours in the Thachumi and again in the Yacham area. |
