The behaviour of both Semas and Yachungre was generally good. Tuensang were at war with Tobu and Sangpur. Chingmei, Waoshu and Kanju made an unsuccessful attack on the Konyak village of Ukha, and Chingmei took two heads from Yimtsung-Awenrr. The village of Totok in the northern part of the control area has been ordered by the Deputy Commissioner to use only spears and daos in their wars. Yali lost one head to Yungpang and Shua were twice raided by Totok. Agching took three heads from Saonchu. The villages near the frontier were all well-behaved.
