text: | 9. In 1935 a man named Hozekiemba returned to Laisong from Asalu, to which village his father had moved for reasons Hozekiemba was reluctant to disclose. An Asalu man, Haintseng, moved to Maboa, a Western Nzemi village, also for reasons his kin were reluctant to disclose, married there, and died leaving a young son. The men of the father's tsami sent over and forcibly brought back the boy, who is now married and living in Impoi. |
