to all men to whom these presents shall come Rich Harlakenden of Earls Colne in the county of Essex esq sendeth greeting know you that the said Rich Harlakenden for divers good causes and considerations him thereunto moving doth by these presents for himself his heirs executors and administrators remise release and quitclaim to sir Edw Wortly of Halstead knight and Sam Tryon baronet all that yearly rent of 5s6d and all other rents whatsoever issuing or growing out of certain lands in Stansted Park in the said county of Essex sometimes the lands of Rich Breame esq and now in the tenure of and of right payable or belonging to the said Rich Harlakenden either as lord of the manor of Earls Colne or Colne Priory or otherwise howsoever and also all arrearages of the said rents and every of them in witness
