1631 Dionis Haukesbee and Mary Lancaster her eldest daughter they were admitted to the other part of Haynes and Cloats containing 4a by the surrender of Jn Smith alias Baily and this is Dionis for life and then to Mary and her heirs for want of such heirs to her sister Margt and then for want of such heirs to the right heirs of Dionis forever and they paid for fine 5li Mary died and Margt is not admitted because Dionis the mother is yet alive
