1638 Coxe and Gray of Coxall they were admitted by the surrender of Jn Kent and Bentall's wife his daughter to the foresaid house and land for the space of ten years upon the lending of them 150li and I promise Coxe and Gray that if they die during the ten years that their heirs shall be admitted gratis if it be in my lifetime but if Bentall's wife die and Kent a fine is due
