farms of lands and of 4s10d as the farm of one tenement and lands pertaining to the same in Earls Colne called Brettons let to Robt Thone (sic) paid at the aforementioned terms per annum as shown by the aforesaid rental and of 4s as the farm of one tenement with garden pertaining to the same there called Cobbes let to Sibil Wroo widow paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as shown by the aforesaid rental and of 6s8d as the farm of one tenement there with garden in     late in the tenure of Jn Smythe paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as in the said rental and of 2s as the farm of one tenement or cottage with garden and one parcel of land there of Saynt Marye Crofte in the let of Rich Anthoney paid at the aforesaid terms per annum and of 6s8d as the farm of one tenement there with garden called Marchis in the tenure of Jn Smythe porter paid at the aforesaid terms per annum and of 6s8d as the farm of one tenement with garden pertaining to the same called Moynes let to Robt Byrkenhed paid at the aforesaid terms per annum and of 4s as the farm of one tenement there with garden called Ballerds late in the tenure of Jn Lightfote and in the let of Jn Estey paid at the aforesaid terms per annum and of 7s4d as the farm of two tenements with garden there let to Jn Gray from year to year paid at the aforesaid terms per annum and of 12d as the farm of one parcel of land in Wakes Colne called Lechere let to Francis Suliard gentleman from year to year paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as in the said rental and of 6s8d as the farm of one meadow called Hepforebridge in Halsted let to Thos Sewall from year to year paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as in the said rental and of 8d as the farm of one parcel of land there in the tenure of Jn Hyche and in the let of Jn Humfrey paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as in the said rental and of 3s as the farm of one marsh called Ashemyllmarche in semer (summer#) let to Hen Parker from year to year paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as in the same said rental and of 6d as the farm of one parcel of land in Fordham late in the tenure of Jn Cressett and in the let of Jn Middillton paid at the aforesaid terms per annum as in the said rental and other monies in part received of the farms of demesne lands late in the occupation of the prior there this year not returned because it remained in the hands of the Earl of Oxford for the expenses of his household this year
