tithes and allowances of rents and farms | and in tithes of the rents of assize in Edwardston above charged under the heading rents of assize at 18d per annum namely in an allowance to the same this year as in the preceding 18d and in an allowance of half the rent of divers lands in Gaynes Colne parcel of the manor there at 2s1d1h per annum because the said rent is in the hands of the lord king by reason of the attainture of the said Wm Haywarde this year as in the preceding 12d3f and in an allowance of the rent of divers lands pertaining lately to the College of Sudbury this year because it is in the hands of the lord king by reason of surrender of the same occurring within the time of this account 6s8d and in the tithe of the rent of one house in Colne in the tenure of Jn Bonde this year as in the preceding 8d and in an allowance of the common fine in Balingdon this year as in the preceding because it was charged twice 3s and in the stopping of the rent of one tenement in Colne late in the tenure of at 12s per annum as thus charged under the heading rent at will above because it was granted by the lord now the Earl to Thos Brydge by copy of court roll only for 6s per annum and thus in the stopping of the rent this year as in the preceding 6s and in an allowance of rent for lands called Harveys Londe in Matteshall above charged at 2s per annum namely in an allowance for the same this year beyond the 12d the remainder of the sum afterwards at the foot of this account pending upon Robt Parker and thus in the tithe this year as in the preceding 12d |
