fees of officials with necessary expenses | and in the fee of Barth Churche bailiff there carried out by himself or by his sufficient deputy at 4li per annum granted by the lord the now Earl of Oxford during his lifetime by his letters patent dated 1.7.37Hen8 namely in an allowance to the same for one whole year occurring within the time of this account 4li and in the fee of the aforesaid Barth Churche in his office of keeper in Colne of Chalkney Wood at 20s per annum granted for the execution of his office namely in an allowance to him for one whole year within the time of this account as in the preceding 20s and in an annuity to Jn Esteye late bailiff there at 40s per annum granted to him by lawful letters patent of the said Earl during his lifetime namely in the allowance of this annuity for one whole year within the said time of this account as in the preceding 40s and in expenses for the steward and the holding of the aforesaid court this year as by the aforesaid expenses set out upon this account 22s |
