increases of rents and of 7s7d as an increase in the rent of divers lands in Castle Hedingham called     in the tenure of Jn Coo Robt Bryan and Wm Wentworthe gentleman in right of his wife for divers lands in Steeple Bumpsted called Bendyche Land of Jn Rede for divers lands in Stamborne per annum as shown in the said rental and of 41s10d both as an increase in the rent of divers lands in Stamborne called Takeley and of the rent of     Chamberlayne and divers lands in Pedmarshe as assessed by the said accountant and of 7s4d as an increase in the rent of divers lands in Gosfelde called Pincheham Woode in the tenure of     per annum as assessed by the said accountant and of 66s8d as an increase in the farm of the tenement called Chettellforde in Stamborne as assessed by the said accountant and of 20d as an increase of the farm of one chapel called St James Chapel with 1a of meadow more or less thereunto belonging lying in the parish of Hedingham let to Robt Willott by indenture for a term of eighty four years to be returned thereof annually at the feast of michaelmas as assessed by the said accountant
