pain the bailiff to take into the lord's hands all the customary lands and tenements late Jn Wingfeld gentleman which the said Jn Wyngfeld demised to farm to a certain Jn Cooke of Alvaston as all that customary land and tenement in the town of Earls Colne by indenture for a term of years by licence of the lord etc and to answer the lord for the profits thereof etc
