sum with allowances expenses 14li18s6d and owed 30li6d1h and from which allowed for the same 20s as the rent of Thos as the heir of Jn Pantry and for land sometime Jn Atte Hey and for one molland sometime of Rich Atte Hey called Perylond because the lord by his writing and his letters patent enrolled in the account next following let the land and tenements to Roger Eston for his lifetime and granted them and an allowance to the same of 13s4d as the farm of all the lands for egg rent and the lands sometime of Wm Smyth in meadows and aldergroves late in the hands of Thos Smith for the aforesaid reason and an allowance to the same of 10s as the farm of one bond tenement containing ten acrewar of land sometime of Andrew Adam and lately in the hands of the said Thos Smith for the aforesaid reason and an allowance to the same for 15d as the rent of Thos Kelet because the same said Thos was excused of the same rent being as in a roll of court here held on the thursday next after the feast of st george the martyr 28.4. this year
