sum of all expenses and deliveries 34li15s4d3f and thus owed to the lord 40li14s8d3f and from which acquitted of 3s7d levied among the courts above as two amercements of Jn Cook parker for which the lord pardoned him upon this account and an acquittance of 12s whereof 5s4d as the pannage of the pigs of Jn Rampton and 6s8d as the amercement of the same said Jn for going within the lord's park levied among the courts above for which the lord pardoned the same said Jn in the presence of the auditor upon this account and an acquittance of 12s8d levied amongst the court whereof 9s4d as the pannage of the pigs of Jn Cook of Ferynge and 3s4d as the amercement of the same said Jn for trespass in the park etc which the lord ordered his auditor to allow him upon further consideration because the said pannage of pigs and amercement was unjustly posed against him in the absence of the tenants as the said accountant affirmed upon his oath testifying with the lord's tenants there etc and also an acquittance of 2s8d as the pannage of the pigs of Wm But 6s as the pannage of the pigs of Wm Kerwell 10s as the pannage of the pigs of Robt Stonhild and 6s as the pannage of the pigs of Jn Grove levied among the courts above which the lord ordered the auditor to allow them upon his better judgement for the reason above shown and an acquittance of 10s2d levied among the courts above as the amercement of Robt Weston of Ferynge and Wm But of Teye for trespass in the lord's park etc whereof it should be plainly and completely allowed by a precept of the lord upon this account for the above named reason
