seize into the hands of the lord one tenement with certain customary lands called Hayhowse in time past of Jeff Awdley and late of Thos Awdley lying in Colne and 3r of meadow lying in a meadow called Nokes and Burroughes and one pasture called Burroughes containing 4a of land lying near the said 3r of meadow late purchased of Jn Wyngfield for that Wm Fysher son and heir of Wm Fysher nor any other for him came at this court to take the said lands and tenements out of the lord's hands and to satisfy the fine due to him by and after the death of the said Wm the father deceased and answer to the lord the profits thereof upon your next accounts
