item it is presented that at this court a petition was brought concerning the tenements called Higgins and Boxteds by Peter Leonard and Roger Moule tenants of this same manor by copy of a court roll and now they are in the tenure or occupation of Nich Harris and Jn Gilson and because that tenement with appurtenances called Higgins in the occupation of the aforesaid Gilson is better than the other tenement called Boxteds it is directed therefore that the aforesaid Peter Leonard pay to the aforesaid Roger Moule 12li of good and legal english money and take for himself the aforesaid tenement called Higgins and it is directed that the aforesaid Roger Moule should take for himself the aforesaid tenement called Boxteds and upon this the aforesaid Peter paid the aforesaid sum of 12li and took the aforesaid tenement called Higgins and the aforesaid Roger Moule took for himself the other tenement called Boxteds according to the aforesaid petition
