at this court it is shown by the homage that Adria Fuller late wife of Robt Plum died after the last court seised of a certain meadow lying in Halstead held by copy of a roll of a court of the aforesaid manor but who is the next heir of the aforesaid Adria and should have the right to the aforesaid meadow is not known and because no one came to this court to take the aforesaid meadow out of the hands of the lord and to arrange with the lord for his fine therefore proclamation was made at this court that if no one came to the next court to be held for this manor to take the aforesaid land out of the hands of the lord and to arrange with the lord for his fine that then seizure thereof should be made into the hands of the lord of this manor
