item it is presented that to this court came Wm Harrington Peter Alliston and Rich Hayward who held from the lord of this manor by copy of a court roll one tenement called Garners and Gurneys Fen and certain lands called The Harrowe and Mellfeild viz the aforesaid Wm Harrington held for himself one parcel of the land called The Harrowe the aforesaid Peter Alliston held for himself two parcels of land called The Harrow and the aforesaid Rich Hayward held for himself the aforesaid tenement called Garners and Gurneys Fen and a parcel of the aforesaid land called Mellfeild for which premises the aforesaid Wm Peter and Rich petitioned the aforesaid homage that they should make fair apportionments of the annual rent to be paid to the lord of this manor by them for the aforesaid premises upon which the aforesaid homage with the assent of the aforesaid Wm Harrington Peter Alliston and Rich Hayward apportioned the aforesaid rent in the following manner and form viz that the aforesaid Wm Harrington should pay to the lord annually for his part of the aforesaid premises 4s4d and that the aforesaid Alliston should pay to the lord annually for his part 6s8d and that the aforesaid Rich Hayward should pay to the lord annually for his part 15s8d of good and legal english money
