the aforesaid homage present that at this court by the agreement of Roger Buers and Dan Buers two customary tenants of this same manor they should divide their curtilages held of this same manor by copy of a court roll viz that they should hold the same as they are now limited and abutting in their separate copies of court roll of this manor as agreed thereof
