and afterwards to this court sitting came the aforesaid Jn Hammont in the aforesaid surrender the second named and in this same full court recognised himself now to have received and to have the aforesaid sum of 9li according to the conditions of the aforesaid surrender above mentioned and for the aforesaid sum to be acquitted and discharged of any parcel thereof to the aforesaid Joan Hammont her heirs executors and administrators forever
