it was shown above by the aforesaid homage that Thos Guyon who lately held for himself and his heirs from the lord of this manor as of the same said manor certain free lands called Bredcrofts by the annual rent of 14d and suit of court before this court alienated and sold the aforesaid land to Robt Cooke and his heirs and because the aforesaid Robt Cooke did not come to this court to present his fealty to the lord for the aforesaid lands as he should therefore now there is a precept to the bailiff to distrain the aforesaid Robt that he should be here at the next court to be held for the aforesaid manor to present etc
