and furthermore the aforesaid Wm Nevill in full court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid croft of land called White Croft parcel of the land called Beanefeild Wellfield and Bamble Croft a croft of land called Murdons Croft a croft of land called Murdons a garden called Buggs Garden a close of pasture land now enclosed as two pastures a close of pasture land with garden or little grove adjoining called Sturpitts a messuage or tenement with garden adjoining at Dodding Polhoe a messuage or tenement called Wanstavis a croft of land with appurtenances called Howletts a croft of land with aldercarr called Smithes a croft of land with appurtenances sometime of Jn Sexten a messuage or tenement sometime of Rich Hoe and a pasture upon The Hoe late of Jn Wallis one garden called Heggs Garden and all and other premises with appurtenances thus in the aforesaid form of the recovery to the use and behoof of the said Wm Nevill and Mary his wife for their lifetimes and to the longer liver the remainder thereof to the use of the rightful heirs of the said Wm forever to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold to them and the heirs of the said Wm forever at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord their fine and the aforesaid Wm made fealty to the lord and they were admitted tenants
