was admitted tenant of the lord for herself and her heirs to 3a of land more or less now divided into two crofts called

by the surrender of

upon condition that the aforesaid

her heirs executors or assigns should pay or cause to be paid to

his executors or assigns 9li within one year after the death of

Robt Hammont
his executors or assigns 9li within the aforesaid time and to
Thos Hammont
his executors or assigns 5li within the aforesaid time as by a roll of the aforesaid court it clearly appears now to this court came the aforesaid

herself solely and secretly examined by the aforesaid steward as is the custom and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid 3a of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of

of White Colne husbandman his heirs and assigns to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have the aforesaid 3a of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid

his heirs and assigns forever upon the aforesaid condition to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty to the lord and was admitted tenant |
