his wife were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and the heirs of the said

to a certain parcel of customary land called
Priestlands
lying in Earls Colne as by a roll of the aforesaid court it plainly appears now at this court it is shown by the homage that after the said court and before this court the aforesaid
Agnes
died and the aforesaid
Thos Prior
survived her and to this time is living in full health and held for himself altogether by right of accretion and that
Thos Prior
junior is the son and heir of the said
Agnes
upon which to this court came the aforesaid
Thos Prior
junior and humbly sought admittance to the aforesaid reversion of the aforesaid parcel of land with appurtenances to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin to him by the rod to have for himself and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
