and furthermore it is shown by the homage and testified by the aforesaid steward that the aforesaid Roger Harlakenden on the said 26.6.1635 as mentioned above came before the aforesaid steward and out of court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the said steward one customary cottage lately built and 7a of land more or less called Tredgolds Fen parcel of lands called Tredgolds with appurtenances to the use of the said Edw Clarke and his heirs forever upon consideration however and with the intention that the aforesaid Edw Clarke and his heirs and assigns should make such surrender and legal assurances of the premises and any parcel to such person or persons as the said Rich Harlakenden by any writing of his hand signed should impose at any time limit or nominate and upon consideration and with the intention that the aforesaid Edw Clarke his heirs and assigns should allow the said Rich Harlakenden to receive and take all rents and profits thereunto accruing until such surrender shall have been made without any interruption by the aforesaid Edw Clarke his heirs or assigns upon which came there into court the aforesaid Edw Clarke and sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have to him himself and his heirs upon consideration and aforesaid intention to hold from the lord etc and he made fine and fealty
