and furthermore at this court proclamation was three times made according to the custom of the aforesaid manor that if anyone would have the right to certain customary lands held of the aforesaid manor concerning which it was shown by the homage of the aforesaid court that Wm Stephens gentleman died seised that he should come to make his claim but because no one came therefore there is a precept to the bailiff of the aforesaid manor to seize the aforesaid lands and to take the profits thereof for the lord of the aforesaid manor at the next accounting
