and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Wm Hutt gentleman customary tenant of this manor after the last general court and before this court viz 8.11.1634 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Jn Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Edw Cressner and Robt Hutton two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying according to the custom of the aforesaid manor all his customary lands held of the aforesaid manor lying in Earls Colne which he bought from Thos Aylett to the use and intention expressed in the last will and testament of the said Wm Hutt
