and furthermore at this court is it shown by the homage that Edw Cressner who held for himself and his heirs freely one messuage yard and garden called Channdlers and 1r5p of land more or less by the rent of 1s6d and one croft of land called Sorrells containing by estimation 1a2r by the rent of 6d per annum after the last court died thus seised thereof and that Geo Cressner gentleman is his son and heir but because he did not come to make his fealty and to pay the relief owed therefore there is a precept to the bailiff to extract from the aforesaid Geo 1s6d for the relief for the messuage and premises called Channdlers and 6d for the relief of Sorrells and to summon the aforesaid Geo to be here at the next court to make his fealty
