and afterwards into the same court and with the court sitting came the aforesaid Jn Foakes and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward his aforesaid reversion to the aforesaid meadow with appurtenances and all his estate and right in the premises to the use and behoof of Margt Aylett widow late wife of Nich Aylett of London apothecary deceased for the lifetime of the said Margt and after her decease to the use and behoof of Thos Aylett son and heir of the said Nich and to the heirs and assigns of the said Thos forever upon which came here into court the aforesaid Margt by Jas Aylett gentleman her attorney in this part and deputy and humbly sought admittance to the premises to whom the same said Margt by the hands of her attorney and deputy the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid reversion of the aforesaid meadow with appurtenances to the aforesaid Margt for her lifetime the remainder thereof to the said Thos and his heirs from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed when the aforesaid reversion should happen into his possession and she gave to the lord for a fine and thus was admitted tenant but the admission of the said Thos was respited until etc
