whereas at a court here held 6.9.33Eliz1 Math Sympson and Sibil his wife customary tenants of the aforesaid manor in the right of Sibil herself in full court she herself solely and secretly examined by the steward of the lord surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his steward one tenement and one field enclosed divided into separate parts with a pightle adjoining in Colne Engaine at Overhall called Sparrowesland sometime of Jn Ramme and afterwards of Jn Hassett and lately of Peter White and next of Jn Nicoll father of the said Sibil as they are divided by the metes and bounds to the use and behoof of the said Math and Sibil for their lifetimes and after their decease to the use and behoof of Robt Sympson and Wm Sympson sons of the said Math and Sibil and the heirs of the bodies of the said Robt and Wm legitimately procreated and in default of such issue to the use and behoof of the said Sibil and her heirs to whom the same said Math and Sibil Robt and Wm at the said court were admitted tenants according to the tenor of the aforesaid surrender
