now at this court it is shown by the homage that sometime before this court the aforesaid Math and Sibil died and that the aforesaid Robt sometime before this court died without issue of his body and that the aforesaid Wm himself survived and he himself held altogether and was seised thereof by right of accretion and that the aforesaid Wm after the last court died without issue of his body and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Sibil wife of Edm Strutt of Wickham St Paul is blood relative and heir of the said Sibil Sympson viz only daughter and heir of Andrew Sympson the eldest son of the said Sibil Sympson who present in court humbly sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid tenement and other premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid Sibil Strutt her heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and she gave to the lord for a fine
