and furthermore at this court it is shown by the homage that Thos Christmas who held jointly with Ann his wife to them and the heirs of the said Thos two crofts or parcels of land called Millfeild containing by estimation 3a on the 2.4.1650 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Wm Adams instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Hen Hutton and Rich Fisher two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying the aforesaid crofts or parcels of land with appurtenances to the use and intention of his last will and afterwards and before this court he died and that Ann herself survived and is till this time in full health
