and furthermore it is shown by the homage that Robt Celles who held freely by charter one messuage with appurtenances called Sadlers after the last court alienated the aforesaid messuage with appurtenances to Mich Hayward of Colne Engaine and his heirs and there is a precept to the bailiff of the aforesaid manor to summon the aforesaid Mich Hayward to be at the next court to make his fealty and other services for the aforesaid premises
