at this court the second proclamation was thrice made according to the custom of the said manor that if any person or persons hath right to the lands and tenements of which Rich Nevill gentleman died seised and held of the manor by copy of court roll he should come in and be admitted but none came therefore the seizure made by precept at the last court is continued
