Geo Cressener to Hunwicke Meadow | at this court it was presented by the homage that Edw Cressener who held to him and his heirs one meadow called Hunwicke Meadow otherwise Bridge Meadow containing by estimation 3a more or less since the last court died thereof so seised in his infancy and that Geo Cressener the younger is his brother and heir which premises the said Edw did take to him and his heirs at a court held for the said manor 31.12.1651 and thereupon the said Geo Cressener by Giles Crow his attorney and deputy in that behalf did come and desired to be admitted tenant to the same to which said Geo by the hands of his said attorney and deputy the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said meadow with the appurtenances to the said Geo Cressener his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services due and he gave to the lord for a fine but his fealty is respited |
