| Sam Burton to the use of his will | at this court it was presented by the homage that Sam Burton a customary tenant of the said manor since the last court that is to say upon 8.10.last did surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of Jn Clarke instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Geo Cressner gentleman and Jn Brewer two customary tenants of the said manor the same witnessing etc all that customary messuage in which the said Sam did then inhabit with the backsides yards gardens outhouses and appurtenances to the same belonging to such use and uses as the said Sam shall appoint and declare in and by his last will and testament |
