| Robt Davy to the use of his will | at this court it was presented by the homage that Robt Davy a customary tenant of the said manor since the last court that is to say upon 26.1.1659 did surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of Giles Crow the lord's bailiff and in the presence of Sam Burton and Xoph Matthews two customary tenants of the said manor the same witnessing etc all that his copyhold messuage called Blew Boare with the appurtenances in Earls Colne to the only use of the last will and testament of the said Robt Davy |
