Martha Gibson Susanna Gibson and Rachel Greene to a piece of land or marsh containing 1a whereas at a court here held 5.6.4Chas1 Ambrose Waller and Susanna then his wife took to them and the heirs of the said Ambrose by copy of a court roll one piece of land or marsh containing by estimation 1a lying between the river there on one part and a way called Persemill Lane on the other part now at this court it was presented by the homage that the aforesaid Ambrose sometime before this court died thus seised thereof and that the aforesaid Susanna survived him and held the premises by right of accretion for her lifetime and that the aforesaid Susanna after the last court died thus seised thereof and furthermore it was shown by the homage that Martha Gibson and Susanna Gibson daughters and coheirs of Grace Gibson elder daughter of the said Ambrose and Rachel Greene another daughter of the said Ambrose and now wife of Hugh Greene are coheirs of the said Ambrose upon which came here into court the aforesaid Martha Gibson and Susanna Gibson and the aforesaid Rachel and humbly sought admittance as tenants of the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold one half of the said parcel of land or marsh with appurtenances to the aforesaid Martha and Susanna and the heirs of the aforesaid Martha and Susanna forever and to have and to hold the other half of the said parcel of land or marsh with appurtenances to the aforesaid Rachel her heirs and assigns forever in coparcenary from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord for a fine etc
