| custody of Jas Gibson | but because the aforesaid Jas Gibson is under the age of twenty one years viz aged 15yrs or thereabouts the lord of the aforesaid manor granted at the choice and petition of the said Jas custody of the aforesaid tenement to Jas Potter and Martha Gibson and by the aforesaid steward delivered then possession by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid custody without waste of strip until the aforesaid Jas should reach his full age and to return to him then an account of the profits of the premises and for such custody the aforesaid Jas Potter and Martha gave to the lord for a fine |
