Margt Whitehead and Susan Davie to a tenement and lands parcel of Seven Acres | whereas at a court held for the aforesaid manor 3.4.14Chas2 Robt Davie took for himself and his heirs by copy of a court roll one tenement and certain lands pertaining to the same with appurtenances called by the name of a parcel of Seven Acres now at this court it was shown by the homage that the aforesaid Robt after the last court died thus seised thereof and that Margt now wife of Sam Whitehead and Susan Davie are his daughters and coheirs to whom the same said Margt and Susan present in court and seeking this the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid tenement and lands with appurtenances to the aforesaid Margt and Susan and their heirs in coparcenary from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord for a fine etc |
