Jas Gibson
was admitted for himself and his heirs to one piece of land or customary marsh containing by estimation 1a lying between the river there on one part and a lane called Pease Lane on the other part now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid

surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of
Jn Bagshaw
instead of the bailiff and in the presence of
Jn Garrett
and
Robt Harris
two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor according to the custom of the manor the aforesaid premises to the use of
Wm Allen
his heirs and assigns forever upon which came here into court the aforesaid
Wm Allen
and humbly sought from the lord admittance for himself to the premises as tenant to whom the lord by his steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the premises with appurtenances to the same said
Wm Allen
his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc but his fealty by the grace of the lord was respited
