containing by estimation 3a more or less now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid

after the last court died thus seised thereof and that

gentleman is his brother and heir who the same said

his attorney and deputy in this part humbly sought from the lord admittance to the premises for himself as tenant to whom by the aforesaid attorney the lord by his steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid meadow with appurtenances to the aforesaid

his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
