was admitted for herself and her heirs to one close of pasture containing by estimation 8a more or less called
Lychards also Newmans
and to one parcel of land called
Glasiers
containing by estimation 2a more or less with appurtenances now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid
Rose
after the last court died thus seised thereof and that
Jn Maryon
son of the said
Rose
was her heir and that the aforesaid
Jn Maryon
the son afterwards died and that
Hen Abbutt
junior is blood relative and heir of the aforesaid
Jn Maryon
the son to whom the same said

senior his father and attorney or deputy humbly sought from the lord admittance for himself to the premises as tenant to whom by the aforesaid attorney the lord by his steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid close of pasture and aforesaid parcel of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid

junior his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
