at this court the first proclamation was three times made that the heirs or anyone who has a right to one little grove or wood called Colnegrove also Colegrove lying in Halstead and containing by estimation 1a2r with the tenement built upon the aforesaid little grove of which Kellam Collins and Mary his wife and Andrew Sanders or any of them died seised should come to court and make his claim and his justification thereof but because no one came etc therefore etc
