release of Jn Fletcher and wife | and after her admission the aforesaid Jn Fletcher and Mary his wife Mary herself first solely and secretly examined by the aforesaid steward and consenting as is the custom surrendered by the rod into the hands of the lord of the aforesaid manor by the hands of his steward the aforesaid tenement and the aforesaid Jn Fletcher and Mary his wife remitted and released the aforesaid garden and parcel of land with appurtenances and all and every their estate right and title or at the common law or in the court of chancery or any other court of equity for recovery and all and every provision condition right or equity for redemption which the aforesaid Jn Fletcher and Mary his wife or either of them their heirs or assigns or any of them should have or would be able to claim of and in the aforesaid lands with appurtenances to the sole use and behoof of the aforesaid Jane Josselin for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease to such uses or such a person or persons as the aforesaid Ralph by a writing under his hand or seal should nominate or appoint and in default of such nomination to the use of the aforesaid Rebecca Josselin and the heirs of the aforesaid Rebecca forever |
