whereas at a court here held 3.1.1667 lady Hester Honywood and Thos Honywood esq were admitted as follows the said lady Hester Honywood for the term of her natural life to remain to the said Thos Honywood and his heirs to three crofts of land with appurtenances late two crofts and to one chaseway appertaining to one croft aforesaid lying in Markshall and also to one piece or parcel of meadow containing 2r more or less lying in Colne Meadow abutting on a meadow pertaining to a messuage called Curdes now at this it appeared to the homage that the said Thos Honywood died before this and that the said lady Hester died before this court and that Jn Lamott Honywood esq is brother and heir of the aforesaid Thos who present in court petitioned admittance of the lord to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the croft of land aforesaid etc to the said Jn Lamott Honywood and his heir of the lord etc and he gave fine etc and fealty was respited etc
