whereas at a court here held 24.7.1650 Ralph Josselin clerk took to him and his heirs by copy of court roll one croft of land called Mordens containing 1a2r now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Ralph died after the last court and that Jn Josselin is his son and heir who present in court humbly asked to be admitted etc to whom the steward delivered seisin thereof etc to hold to him and his heirs at the will of the lord etc and gave the lord for fine etc
