Grace Fisher widow of Rich Fisher before wife of Phil Mole after a recovery suffered to part of a messuage called Garlands formerly in the tenure of Walt Pease viz the room called the hall room a smaller room and a cellar by the smaller room with all that part of a yard or garden from the said messuage divided from the door past the said room called the hall room to the east part of a certain well in the said yard and running towards the arbour in the fence belonging to a messuage called The Bell towards the east and running from the corner post of a certain messuage formerly in the tenure of Ellen Shephard towards the arbour in the fence belonging to a free tenement of Jn Isackson towards the north to hold to the said Grace and her heirs in fee the said Grace and Rich her son on her own surrender to the above premises to hold to the said Grace for life remainder to the said Rich and the heirs of his body
